Many people are drawn to work here in a vibrant city by the sea with beautiful countryside nearby.

The people who work for us share our ambitions to bring local people the highest quality health care.

Making the Trust an excellent place to work is important to us.  We genuinely value our 1,500 staff who work in a variety of full and part-time posts.  We have a wide variety of policies to help balance home and work commitments.
